In this class we will begin with a sequence of slow yin-inspired stretching to prepare our body and mind for a journey inward. Paige will then guide you through a deep, guided meditation with sound to connect, heal and restore. If you've been interested in meditation and slowing down the mind, this is the perfect class for you. 

Please bring your own mat, bolsters, blocks and/or straps and of course, your water bottle.

Many moons ago I answered the call to travel inward. A journey not for the faint of heart but one that would change my life forever. I began this journey of deep, cathartic connection to self through meditation first, I had no guide or teachings but I allowed my heart to show me the way. Eventually this lead me to completing my first 200 hour YTT certification in 2013. I went on to teach meditation and yoga full-time at various studios around Denver for the next five years. I took a brief hiatus from teaching to start my business, ReRoot but eventually the call to reconnect to my practice found me again as it always will. I am extremely excited to share this practice with you as meditation has carried me through the hardest and best times in my life. Meditation can be intimidating but it doesn't have to be, I can't wait to connect with you and explore this powerful tool.
