Opuntias are such a fun cactus friend to add to any collection and we are quite fond of this particular variety. Stays rather shrub-like or tree-like, with oblong shaped leaves and variegations with white, cream, light green and sometimes pink, she is rather stunning. In our dry, Colorado climate, you can have your cactus outside in direct sun but always slowly acclimate them; when temperatures start dropping below 55 at night, bring her back inside. This is totally optional.
-Southern exposure is ideal, western could work as well.
-During growing season, she can be thristy, especially if placed in a southern window or outside. Water about every 12 days.
