Shipping

We ship on Tuesdays only to ensure the fastest and safest arrival for your items. If you need us to ship on any other day, please reach out via email and include your order number, we will try our best to accommodate your request!  Orders must be placed before NOON on a Tuesday in order to be accounted for that weeks shipments. 

If you have delivery issues with your product or shipment, please reach out via email within 7 days of receiving your item to the following email address: hello@rerootgardens.com Please include pictures of the box and packaging and/or product as needed, pictures are required for refunds. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect shipping information, please double check the shipping address during checkout. 

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
