Cuba is a Cuban Tree Frog that hitchhiked on a snake plant all the way from Florida to Denver in the middle of winter. She was just a baby and about the size of a dime when we found her snuggled in the crevice of the snake plant, we were definitely surprised! This picture was taken the day we found her, she had really cool red eyes as a baby. We know both our frogs are female since they don't croak. Cuba is much more introverted and is usually hiding during the day, probably because she parties all night :)
While also a Cuban Tree Frog from Florida, Chico is a different sepcies than Cuba as shes much larger and darker in color. Chico was a gift from our gal pal who also came in on a plant shipment, she was a few months old when we got her and has grown almost double the size as Cuba. Chico is much more social during the day and LOVES being hand fed roaches, worms and crickets galore! She often likes to snuggle near (or ontop of) Cuba but Cuba definitely prefers her space away from Chico.
